Owner Phil Romans brings a unique perspective to the business.  With 25 years of experience in high-tech and biotech operations, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, Phil combines executive-level expertise with an eye for efficiency and innovation.  Under his leadership, the company has modernized its tools and processes while staying true to its commitment to creating enduring, handcrafted cabinetry.
